What could be more enchanting than acres upon acres of outdoor space, with rows of oak trees as our backdrop? For this special editorial, we knew we needed a venue that would provide the flexibility to realize our vision, and nothing could be a more perfect choice than Barrington Hill Farm in Dade City, located in the Sunshine State of Florida. With so much space, we had ample room to explore and showcase three distinct wedding concepts, each designed to inspire brides-to-be for spring, fall, and winter.
It was a day to behold, not only because the weather blessed us with a lot of natural light but also because of the magic that creativity can conjure on an already breathtaking canvas like Barrington Hill Farm. There’s truly nothing quite like witnessing your vision slowly come to life, orchestrated by the amazing and trustworthy team of vendors working behind the scenes. One aspect we particularly enjoyed was tablescaping. Bringing together tabletop pieces always brings joy to my heart, especially as the envisioned palette gradually takes shape.
Speaking of coming together, as someone deeply entrenched in the wedding industry, it warms my heart to see not only the vendors collaborating behind this event but also the participating photographers supporting one another. From holding reflectors to sharing knowledge, it fills me with great spirits knowing that this is the community we have fostered, and I am honored to be a part of it.
For this very reason, we always strive to deliver nothing but the best to our community. As mentioned, this editorial holds special significance as we’ve curated three distinct concepts in a single day. For our first theme, we brought autumn to life with rich honey hues. The palette featured warm dark yellows, earthy greens, and accents of white and pink blooms, accentuating the essence of the autumnal season.
Our second theme was as dreamy as spring, with delicate prints and petals. We were inspired by the fine China wares that exude elegance and class, and we figured, why not incorporate them into a spring wedding? Think of an English tea time on a spring afternoon, with delicious pastel colors splashed all over the scene.
Last but not least, we cannot forget our winter representation with red wine and plum tones. For this concept, we aimed to incorporate colors that evoke warmth and coziness, ironically felt on cold winter days. And what better theme could encapsulate this feeling than Cottagecore?
It was truly a magical day for all of us. Our goal was to provide picturesque wedding inspiration for brides-to-be and to serve as a catalyst for creative growth within the wedding community. However, we received more than we bargained for. We forged connections with like-minded artists and are immensely grateful to work with amazing vendors who share not only our artistic goals but also value friendship above all else. To our dream team, thank you for making this possible, and to all the brides-to-be out there, we hope you find inspiration in this editorial. We eagerly anticipate seeing you infuse your own ideas into your weddings.
